Martha Díaz Adam (b. 1993) is an interdisciplinary visual artist and documentary photographer residing in Berlin. She identifies as a Caribbean artist of Lebanese descent, born and raised in the Dominican Republic. Martha has an educational background in Fine Arts, Documentary Photography, Cultural Anthropology, and Art History, pursued in Utah, United States. Currently, she is pursuing an M.A. in Visual Anthropology, Media, and Documentary Practices in Germany.

Inspired by a personal aim to encourage cross-cultural understanding, Díaz Adam's artistic work focuses on cultivating awareness among viewers through her portfolio. The artist's practice has developed through her independent visual investigations into fields such as cultural identity, livelihoods, the cultural preservation of traditions, religious devotional practices, and migration. Employing a process focused on empowering socially underrepresented groups, she draws conceptualization and inspiration from social struggle studies, particularly examining their intersections.

Díaz Adam's work has been exhibited in national and international exhibitions and presentations. She has also been involved in visual research journeys across North and South America, as well as Southern Asia, expanding her socio-cultural practice and strengthening her artistic work.
